Finding a Mental Health Provider FAQ’s Q. What services are provided? A. Depending on the expertise of the professional you consult they may provide various services including, psychiatric evaluation, psychotherapy, specialized testing for specific illness and or prescription of medication.
Q. How do I obtain services? A. Call any of our professionals listed on this site. You can call them directly if they have a listed phone number or you can call ACSS at 845-471-7444, and using the name directory (option 8) you can get a message directly to the provider you would like to arrange an appointment with.
Q. How do I know if a provider can provide the services I need? A. Not all providers can provide every service. For example if someone is requesting assessment for ADHD or someone needs a DMV Drinking/Driving evaluation the provider who is qualified to do this may or may not be listed on this site, yet they may be available through our contact system. In this case you can call the office at 845-471-7444 and someone will be glad to help you.
Q. How do I know if the provider takes my insurance? A. You can call the provider directly or you can contact your insurance company to find out if that provider is listed in their registry.
Q. Where can I make an appointment? A. That depends, if the provider you have made arrangements with has their own office you may need to obtain directions to that office directly from them or they may have listed a link on this web site. If the provider has office hours with Advanced Clinician Support Services Inc., then you would come to 1110 route 55 Lagrangeville, suite 201. Our offices are one-half mile west of the Taconic State Parkway on state Route 55 in the Lagrangeville Town Plaza.
Q. How much does it cost? A. There is no charge to the public to either use our web site or to contact a provider through us. There are fees associated with care. You should discuss this directly with your chosen provider.
